In Ukraine Medair has established teems in seven cities to ensure a viable supply chain and where Medair can support communities who are welcoming people from the conflict-affected areas. Along with identyfying needs for critical relief items, Ukraine teams are conducting assessments of civil infrastructure including hospitals and water systems. Where local markets are functioning, the preferred option for delivering assistance will be through cash distributions. Medair is also offering psychosocial support activities and provosding training in Psychological First Aisd for Ukrainians. Trostianets is a town near Sumy. The town was under occupation from the first day of crisis. Many buildings there were damaged by blast waves or by aerial bombs. One of these buildings is Primary health Care for Children (PHC). Bue to the damage, the windows were blown out and the roof was leaking. Therefore, it was important to restore it as soon as possible, because 5 thousands children medical support and help there.
